Project and well management firm, Zenith Energy, has been awarded a multi-year contract by Woodside Energy (Senegal) B.V. for drilling and completion engineering and ad-hoc support services for the Sangomar Field Development Offshore Senegal.
The development consists of the drilling and completion of twenty-three (23) subsea development well, which will be Senegal’s first offshore oil development and will target the production of approximately 231 mmbbl of oil resources (P50 gross). The activities will see Zenith create over 25 jobs over the four years.
The contract is to be serviced by Zenith’s teams in the UK and Australia, with the company showcasing its ability to handle contracts globally between multiple locations.
